Individual Therapy

Jack is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and a Diplomate in Clinical Social Work. He is one of the Partners of Cherry Hill Counseling, a multi-site practice based out of Lake Zurich IL.

He specializes in the treatment of anxiety, chronic pain/illness and parenting skills. He has experience with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, Emotionally Focused Individual Therapy (EFIT), as well as other therapeutic approaches. Insurances accepted include: Medicare, BCBS PPO, United Health Care, Aetna and Private Pay.

Jack is an experienced public speaker and can be hired for presentations and trainings on a variety of mental health topics.
